Vertex algebra of extended operators in 4d N=2 SCFTs

Abstract: The local Schur operators of a 4d N=2 unitary SCFT form a vertex operator algebra. We construct a set of extended (line, surface, etc.) operators in twisted Schur cohomology by descent. They form a vertex algebra, extending the vertex operator algebra of the Schur operators.
